Mindfulness Mugs – A Pottery Workshop for Presence
Mindfulness Mugs – A Pottery Workshop for Presence
At Ember & Bloom, we believe clay is grounding. It reminds us to slow down, connect, and care for ourselves as deeply as we care for others.
Mindfulness Mugs is a creative pottery workshop designed exclusively for those who want a grounding activity, a space to unwind, breathe, and make something beautiful with intention.
Led by Kimbrlei, this 2-hour class invites you to hand-build and paint your own unique mug while practicing mindfulness and presence. No pressure, no performance, just the quiet rhythm of clay and conversation.
