We’re committed to being fair and transparent—here’s how returns and refunds work at Ember & Bloom Studios.

Subscriptions & PAYG Firing Services
All subscriptions and pay-as-you-go (PAYG) services are non-refundable. These options reserve kiln space and access to member perks. You can cancel a subscription anytime to avoid future charges—your plan will stay active through the current billing cycle.

Clay, Tools, & Materials
Returns are accepted on unopened clay, glaze, and tools within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and in sellable condition. Return shipping or drop-off is the buyer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake on your order.

Lotion & Body Products
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on opened personal care items. Unopened lotion can be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Classes & Events

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before class can be transferred to a future session or used as credit toward another workshop.
Refunds are not available for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of class time.
