Welcome to Ember & Bloom Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, purchasing products, or signing up for services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
We offer kiln firing services, memberships, pay-as-you-go options, and a curated selection of clays, tools, materials, and body care products. All services are provided with the intent to support makers and artists in Colorado Springs and beyond.

2. Firing Services & Memberships

  • All firing submissions must follow our firing guidelines (including clay type, glaze safety, and temperature compatibility).

  • We reserve the right to refuse or adjust firing of work that poses safety or kiln damage risks.

  • Memberships and PAYG services are non-refundable. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time and will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted on unopened clay, tools, glaze materials, and lotion within 7 days of purchase.

  • We do not accept returns on opened personal care items or any used materials.

  • All subscriptions and firing services are final sale and non-refundable.

4. Pickup & Drop-Off Policies

  • Customers are responsible for timely pickup and drop-off of work and materials.

  • Unclaimed fired work may be stored or discarded after a certain period, per our firing agreement.

  • Orders for materials are available for local pickup only, typically ready within 1–2 business days.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including logos, product descriptions, and photos—is the property of Ember & Bloom Studios and may not be reused or republished without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for loss or damage to ceramic work resulting from firing issues, misuse of materials, or incorrect clay/glaze combinations. Customers are responsible for understanding and following our guidelines before submitting work.

7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our site or services means you accept the current terms.
