Love the idea of pottery but not quite ready to build your own? Paint Your Pot is the perfect way to get creative without getting your hands dirty.

We've already done the throwing for you! Choose from a selection of handmade pottery pieces including small cups, spoon rests, dishes, plates, planters, and more. You will then spend an hour bringing your favorite piece to life with colorful underglazes.

Whether you're creating a personalized gift, a family keepsake, or simply enjoying a relaxing hour of creativity, this class is designed to be fun, approachable, and affordable for all ages.

After class, we'll professionally apply a clear glaze and fire your piece, making it food-safe and durable, and ready to use.

No experience necessary!

What You'll Do:

• Choose one handmade pottery piece (made with approx.1.5 lbs of clay)
• Paint your piece using a wide selection of underglaze colors
• Learn simple decorating techniques from our team
• Leave the glazing and firing to us!

Class Details:

Location: 2132 E Bijou Street, Downtown Colorado Springs.

Ember & Bloom is located inside a secure building. Please park in the back lot and enter through the green door with the wooden staircase.

Duration: Approximately 1 hour.

Age Requirement: All ages are welcome! One ticket is required per painter. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult for the duration of the class.

Price Includes: One handmade pottery piece (approximately 1.5 lbs), all underglaze colors and supplies, clear glazing, and both kiln firings.

Firing & Pickup:

Your piece will be clear glazed and glaze fired after class.

Please allow approximately 4-6 weeks for completion. You'll receive an email when your pottery is ready for pickup and will have 2 weeks to collect it after notification. Please opt in to marketing emails so you don't miss your pickup notice!

Refund Policy:

Cancellations made 7 days or more before class may be transferred to another session or used as studio credit.

Refunds are not available for no-shows or cancellations made within 7 days of class.
