Aurora Green

Aurora Green (Mayco SW‑146) is a stunning stoneware crystal glaze featuring glossy aqua tones speckled with rich brown and dramatic black crystal bursts. In cone 6 oxidation, it pools into mottled teal with fleeting earthy crystals. In cone 10 reduction, it shifts to variegated shades of blue, pink, and green. Perfect for layered applications,band works beautifully on both flat and vertical surfaces.

• Fires to Cone 5/6 in oxidation (can also be used up to Cone 10)
• Food-safe (ASTM D‑4236 compliant)
• Crystal dispersion and color variation will depend on application thickness, glaze orientation, and firing schedule

Pro tip: Stir well or store upside-down before use, large crystals tend to settle at the bottom of the jar
